History of “10 In Texas” Woodfire Gill The Stephen White and Randy White families are owners of “10 in Texas” Steakhouse. The White family moved to the Dalhart area in the 1970’s and has played a key part in the agricultural industry. In 2000, Stephen White and Randy White bought American Sprayers from their dad and have since owned the thriving crop dusting business. The White family has always been known for their Texas hospitality and Texas cooking and cuisine. Each year, Stephen and Randy host the annual fish fry for their customers, families, and friends. People drive for miles to experience this one night of Texas hospitality and Texas cuisine. For years, friends and family have encouraged the White family to expand with the addition of a true Texas style restaurant with great service, great hospitality and Texas heritage cuisine with a full service bar. Following years of “cussing and discussing,” the White family committed, in April of 2014, to expand into the restaurant industry.
